Provided by YP.comI met a man at Jack Links named Carl very knowledgeable respectful young man gave me all the product knowledge and information I needed to make an informed decision. I will continue to be a Jack Links customer because of the time Carl gave me.

Provided by YPmobileTERRIBLE customer service!! My husband and I recently purchased a brand new 5th wheel camper and I have never had worst customer service then I did at Jack Links. Gary Fox was unprofessional on many occasions and never returned our phone calls when we had questions in regards to our camper. I would never buy anything from Jack Links again and would advise my friends to spend their money somewhere else. If I could return our camper, I would do it in a heartbeat!!

Provided by YP.comIf I was to only use one word to describe my experience at Jack Links Auto &RV (Chippewa Falls,Hallie), it would have to be "exceptional". My wife and I recently purchased a 2001 Georgie boy, and couldn't be happier with the entire staff but above all was Sales Consultant Andrew Baehr. He listened to our needs and concerns and we never felt pressured. He is an asset to the company and I look forward to working with him in future purchaces.

Provided by YPmobileI wish I could rate this place a ZERO! The new General Manger is crooked! Why would anybody put someone who ran his own business into the ground, run another dealership?! I mean really! And the fact that he has had 5 Sexual Harassment complaints from Customers AND employees is ridiculous! And The COO and HR refuses to do anything about it! And those "off site sales events" are THE biggest rip offs! The traveling sales team they have, hike the prices up just for the sale! If you have ANY choice, buy at another dealership!

Provided by YP.comI regret going there. I got sucked into buying a vehicle there last summer. Since then I have replaced the battery and brakes. Brakes cost me $485. Before winter, I will need to replace the tires. When we first saw our vehicle, it had scratches and cigarette burns inside. They took care of it as a deal for us to buy the vehicle. I couldn't believe they would sell a car in that condition but since it ran fine and they were willing to give us a fair trade, we gave in. I totally regret it now. Don't buy from them!! I'm sure even the used car sale lots have better vehicles.

Provided by YPmobileThere should be a negative rating!!!! STAY AWAY!!! This place should be closed they sell junk, overpriced vehicles, I don't know who they have paint their cars but they are even more worse, I have never seen a more mismanaged group in my life! Don't be another victim to this place. I probably....no would not even buy a camper from them either! So I will go buy a "inspected" real car down the road at a good reliable car dealer called Markquart's and this is the first time I ever left a review in my life I just don't want to see people make the same mistakes as who knows how many have made and thank you for reading

Provided by YP.comWhat a crime scene this place is on the sales side. If I could give negative stars, I would. First, the sales guys(some of which travel from state to state just to fill in for short-term sales) don't even make an attempt to deal fairly-all they want to do is get you to sign on the dotted line. If there is something they can try to hide and make a couple more bucks on, they WILL do it. The -manager- Lee quoted an interest rate, and then after the deal was set and we were waiting for paperwork, he comes back and says, Sorry about that, the rate is now about .5% higher, but I will give you 3 free oil changes to make it good, which I never got in the end. With the deal, we had negotiated some fixes (tail lights, trim piece, etc...) which took a long time, and I never got a callback unless they needed my loaner to sell. The sales guy (Adam, punk who wears a skater hat and is probably wanted in multiple states) actually never placed the parts order he told me SEVERAL TIMES he did to pocket more money for himself, leaving the garage crew (Mike and Mike...nice guys-overburded with BS) to try to find out what was going on and make it right. In the end, I never got any of the management to call me back on anything(they actually made the excuse that they tried to call my land-line work number with voicemail but the number didn't work...um...OK Capt. Liar, I wonder where the sales staff get their ethics from). Only the the garage guys called back, and after visiting that place many times (my fault for having a basic trust and not seeing the true other reviews) it is obvious they are just trying to get a quick one and done sale, because there is a 0% chance you would ever go back or refer someone else to go there. It was funny that every time I had to return for the car fixes, the sales crew SWARMED me like pirahna around a guppy, and then when they found out I was there for service, they looked for new fresh meat. I didn't think scummy sales tactics for used-car sales could possibly be worse than the old image, but these guys actually set the image back decades. Run, don't walk away from this place. I am going out to my car right now to scrape off the jack link's sticker on the back of the vehicle...I am too embarrassed to drive around with it.
Super Sale Events generate lots of fun and excitement, especially when a big prize winner is found ! Helping 100's of people with credit challenges each month is just one of our specialties. Interest rates are based on the individuals past credit performance and offered by the lenders not the dealer. Term selected by the customer can affect interest rate as well. Thousands of repeat and new satisfied customers each year show this "Dealer for the People" that helping folks buy, sell, and trade vehicles and RV's holds a busy future.

Provided by YPmobileI bought a PT CRUISER 3 yrs ago that was only a yr old at the time. Had all kinds problems ,not to mention you have to watch them when they fill out the paper work because I had a truck n they transfered my truck plates, but never gave them back to me. Then they put temp plates on my car n charged me for new car plates. So messed up ,you think they would know what their suppose to be doing by now. My brother bought one less then a week ago. They suppose to fix mirror n he asked for 4 new car tires, considering he paid for a car that at the price he paid was suppose to be in mint condition. They won't return his calls .SO BEWARE OF THIS CAR DEALER SHIP.THEIR NOT TO BE TRUSTED!!! HAVE ISSUES CALL DNV N REPORT AT 715-831-7477 Ask for Shannon Nicolai .

Provided by YP.comThis place is very poorly managed. They didn't complete the paperwork in a timely manner and when questioned about it the manager proceed to yell then hung up the phone on me. What is that?

Provided by YP.comHorrible, high pressure sales people that lie and don't stand behind their vehicles. Beware you will get a lemon if you go here. They travel around and are in a different place for a week for a reason, they are pawning off junk and don't want people to be able to return car or have it fixed..BUYER BEWARE

Provided by YP.comDo not go here!! The very first question I asked the salesman, he lied to me. I also work at a dealership in Eau Claire and know that before a car can go on the lot you have to do a complete inspection. I could see with the naked eye that it had been in an accident, whether it was a deer or something else and when I asked him if it had been in an accident he said "not that I know of." LIE!! He also never asked for my name or offered to take my phone number in case something else came along. In my eyes, this sales person was very inexperienced. I will continue looking for a vehicle but will NEVER go back to that car lot and will NEVER recommend it to anyone else. You get a reputation on being honest and looking out for your customers, not being a liar and an idiot!!

Provided by YP.comI used to be a sales person at Jack Link's. However, after being told upon hire that they were an honest, reputable company, I was basically forced to lie, cheat, and steal. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH PLACE!!!!

Provided by YP.comNEVER EVER EVER GO HERE!!!!!!!!
The poorest service I've ever had! I bought a vehicle here and with 90 days, I had to tow it 5 times!! The car won't start half the time. Jack Link's did nothing to try to help and failed to give me the car history and driver history. The charged almost 100 dollars for inspection but obviously, I'm having so many problems with it. The fact that they won't give me my money back and won't pay for the repairs, really upsets me.
Safe yourself the time and money and NEVER go here. Tell all your friends and family as well!!
PS-- I wouldn't even give them one star.. it's only there because I had to pick one.

Provided by YP.comWe made an offer of $4,000.00, signed a paper stating this and presented it to the manager. “Sold for $4,000.00”, we were told with a handshake to seal the deal. Now in Illinois a handshake is a gesture of integrity. Apparently it doesn’t mean the same thing at Jack Link’s. The contract had a hidden cost of $260.67 that could not be "reasonably" explained.
One of the sales people told us, “Wisconsin dealers are honest and up front – unlike those in Illinois. No hiding things here.”
We are happy with the camper, though very disappointed with the service and undisclosed problems plus the fact that we continue to discover things that are broken , missing or just not right with the unit. Would we have bought the camper if the sales representative had been honest and upfront? Probably. We like the unit. It is the dishonesty of the sales people that we are very disturbed with.
Shame on you for lacking integrity. We will never recommend Jack Link’s Auto & RV Super Center in Chippewa Falls to anyone.
Well, Jack Link… If this is your idea of good service – we suggest you stick to sausage. With that we know exactly what we are getting.

Provided by YP.comI would not reccommend purchasing from this dealer. I bought a vehicle and they said that if anything happened to the vehicle in the next 2-3 weeks they would take care of it. Two weeks to the day after purchasing a vehicle, after I put approx 50 miles on it, it would not start. I called for service and they indicated that I had to pay for towing and they would only look at it. Very difficult to work with, and unprofessional.
