I brought in dry clean only cushion covers, which have been cleaned there before under different management. They are a very light color and were pretty dirty. The employee stated they very rarely dry clean anything and normal wash should be fine. I agreed to this under their professional opinion. When I took them out of the plastic, not only were they still dirty, they shrank and no longer fit the cushions! I could have done the same with my front loader at home and saved $25. Never again, I'll drive to EC.
