I have always loved this meat market, it is run by a Chicagoan. The cuts of meat are great...I have tried the stuffed chicken all varieties very good 2 people could eat 1. They have true Rolled Rump Roasts which no other store does. Their smoked meats are wonderful and the little hot dog shack next to them has a True Italian Beef sandwich or better yet a Combo which is Italian Sausage made there and then Italian beef which they make. Thanks for bring home closer for this family

This place has the best home made sausages in the area! All the beef and pork is purchased from local producers so everything is so fresh. Beef Sticks are the best, and many flavors to choose from.

Paid almost $400 to get venision sausage & ring bologna processed this deer season. Guess what ! The processing was at a negative 5 stars! Why don't they have a place for that? This meat company DOES NOT take pride in their quality of work! The meat was way too spicey and had SAND in it! We had washed the venison 3 times prior to dropping off to WISSOTA MEATS. The workers and Owner ,Gary, just laughed at us and said it is not their problem. If you are interested in trying distasteful and dirty meat, just stop by Mega Foods West parking lot in Eau Claire on March 16th from 3 - 7 pm.
