Had never used Ken's before, took my 2009 Malibu in this summer for a tune up, asked him to check a code I'd had for a couple years, and replace the cabin filter if it had one. I pick up my car and am presented a bill for over $500!! Ken's took the liberty of replacing the sensor causing the code without asking me first, and when they discovered my model didn't have a cabin filter attempted to buy an aftermarket kit and cut up my car to install one!! Top it off with a $25 charge for a $3 bottle of fuel treatment. Do not give these crooks your business, there are reputable honest shops available.
