I was trying to check out, but everyone was too busy smoking outside and answering the phones inside. For some reason I run my business where I wait on the customers who actually took the time to come into the store, rather than price checkers on the phone. Good manners would have put the phone people on hold and waited on the person with money in their hand.
I try to shop local, but I'm driving to Lowe's now due to the horrendous lack of caring at this store.

Very helpful, always available, and they have had everything everytime I needed something. Been doing business with this store for over 10 years. And, its great to have a store like this close to home for those emergency problems

I've been using this hardware store for many years and the people are great. They answer you questions knowledgeably and know where the stock is.
