I bought a washer, dryer and refrigerator from Randall before Christmas 2015 . One of the ice makers was not working properly, after several attempts to contact him and leaving several messages, at this point frustrated at his failure to return my call. After several weeks he called an informed me that he was on vacation and was not accountable to me to let me know.(very rude) He finally showed up and said it was a valve problem and he would have to order the part.To make a long story short, it is now the end of May 2016, the part has come in but he is no where to be found, multiple calls and messages but not a word from him I have been willing to give him the benefit of the doubt but he is .eigther dead or the worst business man on the planet. I would not recommend him to my worst enemy.

I bought a very nice fridge from Randall and also a front load washer and dryer set. After 2 months of storage I finally got these hooked up in my home. My fridge did not work and my washer was acting funny also my dryer wouldnt dry. So I called Randall (on a weekend) and he promptly answered saying he would be at my house first thing monday, which he was. He fixed the fridge in moments and told me it was only that way cause I didnt have it plugged in for two months. Then he leveled my washer and it was perfect. Then he climbed up in my attic and cleared my dryer vent so it could dry. So all the problems with these were completely my fault. He didnt charge me anything for the service even though I live a good 50 miles from him and nothing he serviced was his fault. Not only did he sell me these like new items thousands under retail he also serviced my ignorance with a smile and restarted my warranty from today since we just hooked everything up. I would recommend him to anyone looking for appliance services or a great deal on resale appliances.

I purchased a refridgerator from Randall in August 2011. After a few months I noticed it was leaking from inside the fridge part. I called my home owners insurance to get it fixed but after 6 times of them coming out and its till not fixed I thought i would ask Randall to at least come take a look at it and tell me how much it would be to fix.

He told me he would charge me a $50 fee to come look at it! I asked if he could waive that just because the fridge had been leaking pretty much since i bought it and he said his time was valuable...... I will NEVER use his service again!

Are you in the market for a new appliance? Great...go somewhere else if you want quality or service. Bought a refrigerator from him on CL and it didn't work the day I plugged it in after days of leaving voicemails and no call backs I guess I will be buying a new fridge. What a waste...if you really want a laugh, view his webpage regarding customer service. stay away from this con man.
