Horrible business office! Every time we received a bill it had to be corrected. Every time we had to remind them which insurance to bill first and they would have to send it back through. The last time(after we had already found another dentist because we were tired of dealing with incompetence, we received a bill that seemed overpriced. The business office rep said it had been too long to look it up in the records! WHAT?! We asked them to figure it out and get back to us. Didn't hear anything again for months, thought they figured it out. Months later after not receiving any further information OR EVEN ANOTHER BILL, I was SERVED. She took me to court over $150 or so for things I had requested more info on and hadn't received any further info on. Going through the lawyer, I explained that I would gladly pay, if they could show me that I actually owed it. They pretty promptly produced a bill that showed that they had billed correctly. I explained my problems in dealing with them and the lawyer said they had had some problems in their business office but that's been taken care of. So we ended up having to pay all the extra fees which pretty much doubled the amount we owed. DR GASBARRA IS NOT ABOVE TAKING YOU TO COURT OVER CHUMP CHANGE. Don't believe me? Do a docket search with her name, you will see she routinely ruins people's records. And it was all because HER business office was completely incompetent. The best part is that after we sought out another dentist and had been sued by her AND paid her, I still got two more deadbeat letters from her office stating that I needed to find another dentist.

Best dental experience I have ever had. My old dental work was corrected very nice, and the staff were very professional and kind.

Everyone is always nice and everything is always clean. I recommend Dr. Gasbarra at every chance I get, especially to my co-workers since it's right down the street!

They're very accommodating. Appointments are on time, thorough- but quick, which is great with my busy schedule. They're great about rescheduling appointments if for some reason I can't make it in.

The office is spotless, everyone here is friendly and it's just always a positive experience when I have appointments.

Amazing team! We have had a hard time finding a dentistry locally that met our standards. Tracy Gasbarra's team have gone above and beyond making us feel comfortable and giving us the best care! I am so grateful to have found them! Excellent place of business very comfortable and clean! The office space alone makes you feel very welcomed. Wouldn't go anywhere else!
