The lazy driver failed to pick up my trash due to the mandated recycle bin being in front of my dumpster. They picked up the recycle bin the day before. The person who answered the phone, who I have never spoke to before, felt comfortable enogh to call me by my first name and was slightly condescending gracioysly agreed to have some one pick up my trash the next day if we go through the monumental task of rolling an empty can two feet in either direction to clear the way for the lazy driver to drive up to my dumpster.
