I’ve been a few times and every time they disappoint me by giving me the wrong color and not caring at all or being rude the whole time horrible customer service they don’t care about what you want

Got a pedicure and was pleased overall, except the girl cut my big toe twice removing cuticle and put that green stuff on to stop bleeding. 2 days later toe was leaking pus and swollen. Had to get antibiotics from Dr for skin infection. Will never go back!

The guy who did my nails didn't do a good job. I showed him a photo of how I wanted mine done and they didn't look at all the same. He insisted on the colors he wanted and not what I wanted and on one finger he did a triangle shape instead of a heart without asking. For the glitter he didn't use gel he used another nail polish for the glitter and it looked bad. Not happy at all. For pedicures they're good. Just don't let the gentleman do it. I probably will never be back.

I went to get my eyebrows waxed here and I trusted one of the ladies there that she would know how to do it. She does not have her liscense to be waxing eyebrows. One turned out really short. Horrible place dont recommend it. The guy there was TERRIBLE customer service

This place is fantastic! They were very gentle on my nails. They also did a great eyebrow waxing job! This is my new place!

After waiting a very long time for a fill the gentleman who did my nails did a SLOPPY JOB. After I brought the sloppyness to his attention he grunted & acted like he was fixing the problem but kept it the same. As if that wasn't bad enough when I go to pay the lady tells me it's $3.00 more because he decided to add something else onto my nails WITHOUT asking me!!!!

VERRY UNPROFESSIONAL & BAD Customer Service!!!! I DO NOT RECOMMEND this place to NO ONE!!!!
