Wow, I'm curious as to what the health department thinks about this place... A few friends decided to try it out & we were all disappointed... Not sure how this place is still in business. It appears all the employees are authentically Chinese or Vietnamese but have no authentic cooking skills...

Well the service was so so but the food was nasty

My husband is on the phone trying to explain that they charged us for an extra egg roll we didn't get and that they charged us for a large rice when we wanted a small!!! They obvious don't understand what the hell customer service is and don't get I was calling to let them know! I'm very angry that the people on the other end of the phone are yelling while we are trying to calming let them know we got charged 30 dollars for a combo soup rice and a plate of beef!!! Don't even bother trying to call and complain even if it is a calm complaint they apparently don't understand and need better manners! We eat from them every week they won't be seeing our busy ever again!!!

i have been there with my friends and usually has been for buffet, like it, but some better ones in Blacksburg, too
