I have always had a great experience with this repair shop! Awesome friendly workers and they free wifi!!!

My experience with this company was poor to say the least. As a State Farm "preferred" repair shop, I assumed that the work done by the body shop would be top notch. When I got my car back after the repairs had been completed, there were large chips in the paint (about 2 inches in diameter) and bubbling paint on parts of the car that were not listed in the repair quote. When I asked why the paint was damaged, I was told that the bumper had been previously painted and I would need to contact the original body shop to repair the damage. They told me the paint damage was done when they were prepping the car to paint the doors that were damaged in my accident. This damage was not present before I took the car to Collision Plus 2. I just can't understand why a body shop would not repair damage that they caused in the repair process- regardless of who did the paint job originally!
