The customer service here is horrendous at best. My mom happens to be deathly afraid of dogs a fact she advised the owner of days before bringing her vehicle in. (The owner assured her at that time that her fear would be accommodated & that he would simply put the dog away if necessary when she brought her car in). On the morning of service she saw the shop dog & couldn't bring herself to get out of her car to deliver her keys to the office. I petted the lovely dog & spoke kindly of its demeanor to help her feel safe. I thought everything was fine at that point. When we walked into the office, the owner proceeded to sneer angrily at us & say "If you don't like dogs you can just leave...Just leave, that's the way it is." He then walked away without taking my mother's information or the key to her vehicle, leaving us to wait for someone else in the shop to assist us. I tried to talk my mother out of trusting her vehicle with someone who has such a lack of appreciation for her business.

I have been going to Don's for a few years now, they have always been able to diagnose my car problems and repair them at an honest price. I do know if they are unable to figure out the problem they will tell you and then recommend where or whom you should go to. Don only accepts Cash or Check for payment no credit cards but please do not let this keep you from having your car worked on. I live in Blacksburg and do not mind going all the way to Christiansburg of repairs. Susan
