I ordered an item from Embroidery Etcetera about 4 weeks ago. The prices were good, however I've called several times since then to check on the status. Once I was told they didn't have my order but that the item I'd ordered had "come in." (if they didn't know I'd ordered it then why was it in???) The second time they told me they'd call me back. It's now a week later - still no call! They are very unorganized and do not respond. In fact, I've tried to call again today (since I need the item by this weekend and it's Wednesday) and no one will even answer the phone!!! I've ordered lots of custom items from several different places and this is by FAR the very worst. Need good service, fast turnaround? Look to DJR Print-it Stitch-it, ExperT-s, or somewhere else.
