I have been a loyal customer at In Style Salon for 7 years. I know how difficult it can be to find a great stylist that will work with your hair personality. I as lucky to find Rebecca, the owner of the salon. She has been great in working with all different colors and lengths for me. I have never left the salon feeling like I didn't get what I wanted. She is also very honest in giving advice and telling you when something isn't a great idea (like when I thought I wanted to go bleach blond). The salon can get busy at times, so I always make an appointment, although they accept walk-ins. This is great if you just need a trim, or for guys. The staff at In Style Salon are always attending workshops and trying to make themselves better as stylists, and now do extensions and will be heading in the direction of eyelash tinting, make up and so on. In terms of individual stylists, I have never had Rene work on my hair but have watched her while I sit for my color processing. She is a perfectionist when it comes to the cut, and making sure her customers leave happy. Rebecca is a pro when it comes to the color. She can tell you exactly what it will look like when it fades after 2 months. She is great at covering up the roots, and making the color even. When I first started coming to the salon, I was doing highlights. She made the recommendation to try both high and low lights and it looked amazing. My cut is always very simple, but she makes it flawless. Once you find a good stylists, it's impossible to let them go. Even when I move away, I will be coming back to In Style Salon to get my hair colored/trimmed. The quality of work is worth it.

A couple of months ago was my first visit here. I was a little nervous having them cut my hair (I am VERY picky about the way my hair is cut). Rebecca did an excellent job. She is now one of only three people I will allow to cut my hair. She has been the only one to cut my hair since she first cut it. I live in Charlotte, NC. My girlfriend (from Christiansburg) recommended Rebecca. My girlfriend will make a trip up just to have her hair done. I go to the salon with her and Rebecca tries to squeeze me in for a quick trim. I have not had a single issue with my cut. Rebecca has always made sure that I was satisfied with my cut. She does a great job on my girlfriends hair (including color). Her color lasts about three months before the roots have to be redone. I'm not sure what the issue is with the negative review about the color issue or what stylist did it.... I would recommend In Style Salon; more especially, Rebecca.

Today was another fabulous experience I had at In Style Salon. Rebecca has been doing my hair for 5 years and she has never let me down. My color is always amazing, and she does an amazing job with my cut whether I want it long or short. I always get compliments on how great my color looks and everyone wants to know where I get it done. I highly recommend Rebecca.
