I was in drive-thru ordered a simple quick and easy go box meal and it took them over 20 minutes to get it unacceptable for a "fast food" establishment.... and the icing on the cake the potato wedges were cold

I know this is a small town & only has 1 KFC, but damn... Every single time I've stopped in, they've been out of what I wanted to order. Looked like they'd been out of it & just didn't pay enough attention to keep up with it. Or flat out just didn't care. None of the employees except for a couple ladies know what's going on & they definitely weren't interested in helping or educating the rest. On two different occasions, I stopped in around 7:30-8:00 pm and they were our of what I wanted & they told me they were closing down & weren't planning on cooking anymore... But they don't close till 9:00pm at earliest time. Also today went in at 6:30pm & it took them quite a bit of time to even acknowledge I was even there, even though there was a line of people ahead of me because all the employees were taking down the line & cleaning up... AT 6:30pm.... 2 & 1/2 hours before closing time... And again they were sold out of Crispy White meat, which I was told it would be 30min before more would be ready ??? So I waited for fresh food... 40min later I got fresh chicken with cold potato wedges, cold biscuit & cold corn... WTF ??? Really ???? How does this place stay in business ??? I'm always polite & never complain because I don't want my food spit in, but damn... I know it's not high paying job, but I'd a been fired if I ran any business like that... How does corporate not see any of this horrible management ???
