Today my husband and I purchased a new AC system from service star. We went on a construction lead site and asked for estimates on a AC system. The owner called us right away and gave us a great estimate after doing research for three days we chose Service Star because of how fast they responded and how organized and professional the owner Cathy is.
Everything went fantastic and I am so happy we chose them.

My AC went out on
Saturday and Sunday they came out and fixed it the next day they were great help I think thank them for very much and I will send anybody or have anybody go to service star service star is a great company

Our A/C went out on a Sat. Service Star A/C and Ht arrived in less than an hour, and had us up and running in 30 minutes.. Very prompt, courteous, professional... Will tell everyone we know....and no after hours or weekend charges!!!

The technicians went outside to check our AC unit. 5 minutes later, they come back inside and tell us our unit's coils were rusting and it needs replaced. They said that the unit was too small for our townhome and that we should purchase a new one to fix the issue.


 Once they left, my husband and I discussed hiring them for the new unit installation. My husband thought that it was weird that they inspected our A/C unit so fast with all the details of the rusted coils.

We checked our cameras outside to see if the technician actually went up on our roof to inspect the AC. The cameras showed the technicians by the wooded area talking on their phones. 
I was shocked that the technician would lie to us. My husband called up Matthew and asked him how badly the coils were rusted. He then proceeds to tell us that he took off the side panel and seen that the coils were in bad condition. My husband tells him that we checked the cameras and found that he never inspected our AC unit on the roof.

DO NOT USE THIS AWFUL COMPANY. Worst managed company ever. After bidding and being awarded for the my repair work, Service Star Air Conditioning & Heating, Inc send me an email confirming a two hour response time. I contacted them around 7:00pm Saturday night (April 30, 2016) as of mid-night i was on my 3rd phone call with their call center...each time being promised the "tech" will call me. I called twice more Sunday where i was assured that a 'manager' would contact me and that my account was notated as 'urgent'; well, it's 1:00pm on Monday and i have heard nothing from anyone. Please avoid this very very bad company.
