This place has horrible customer service. I sent in pictures, measurements, fonts, what websites I used, everything! I got back a choppy job with completely different pictures than what I chose, and they made the words embarrassingly small. On top of that the 3 shirts cost $98 and they told me they weren't going to do anything about the terrible job they did. I will never go back.

Poor Customer Service! We took...

Go to Alston Ink! Wonderful work and customer service! They were able to take off and redo what T-Shirts Plus messed up and you can’t even tell. Looks like it was done right the 1st time and at ½ the price of the t-shirt place in the mall.

Poor Customer Service at T-Shirts Plus! We took 2 shirts in to have names put on the backs and the clerk messed them up. She was unapologetic that she had ruined our shirts and refused to refund our money or redo the shirts. Seems to me if you mess something up, you should make it right. Why should I pay for your error?
