I don't know if its under new ownership, but its gone down hill. I paid for wires, box, and installation on Thursday, today is Monday and still no system. I've spent a lot of money there, had costom speaker boxes made. From 10's, 12's & 15" L7's and every time i walk in I'm treated as its the first time I've been there .. They do great installation. But customer service is no bueno.. Hopefully tomorrow I can get what I paid for or I'll demand a refund.
