ivan was very rude and cut me off short; fail to give me good customer service; charging me $23 everytime i have a change of address. ivan said its the companys policy. He refuse to help me and said i should know my brokers name , at that moment i didnt know so he refuse to ask me of my policy #, He just didnt want to help me. This is not the type of customer service we san diegans need. specialy with the way the economy is. Im pretty sure there are other companys who would want my business.
