I purchased a product FOUR DAYS ahead of yesterday the 14th. Was told I could pick it up at 1300 hrs. on the 14th. When I arrived at 1430 hrs. there was an hour and a half wait to get to the front of the door to pickup my order (from four days prior). It looked like they were making up the orders as the customers came through the line. There was no second line for customers that had already paid days ahead and were only there to pick up. IT SHOULD HAVE TAKEN 10 MINUTES MOST TO DO WHAT TOOK ONE HOUR AND FORTY MINUTES.!!!! A guy in line next to me had ordered & paid for his product on line 12 DAYS PRIOR to yesterday and he also waited almost TWO HOURS. When I left FINALLY with my product there was a line three times as long as it was when I waited soooo loooong, I figured they were in for a THREE HR. wait. Your service was totally unprofessional and you can count on me, my family, and friends to never step inside your businesses ever again. If I ran my dept. that way I would be fired!

this place on 3rd Ave., in Chula Vista, CA is horrible. I never received my Mother's Day gift from my daughter which they were supposed to deliver. Spoke with their manager and she was as bad as the employees. Go to a different shop so that you don't have to experience their horrible customer service. They bring a bad name to a great franchise!
