The manager at this location lacks customer service skills. I showed up with my family this morning for our photo session. Our appointment was not on their schedule. "Who did you speak with? Did you get an email confirmation? You did not put down the $20 deposit per person." They messed up, but the manager made it seem as though I should have something different. No apologies. No effort to fix the problem. Just excuses. "Maybe the appointment was made too early." Do not waste your time or money on this photo studio. Trying to get my money back. Don't think they will stay in business long with this kind of customer service. This manager was rude. Too many other photography studios out there.
