Let me start by saying we were living here for almost 2 and 1/2 years and it never got better. Cons: If Monica is still the current property management. I suggest that you have low expectations. I knew we should've opted out on the first day because Monica forgot about our Appt.We had to come back on a later date for a viewing. She rarely gets back to you, and when she does the response takes about 3 - 4 days if its on a monday and 4-6 days if you ask on a thursday. Repair calls took for ever, unless it was emergency which rarely happens, takes almost a week to schedule, and when the super does come he was given the wrong info and didnt bring the correct parts or tools. Although they eventually corrected this we were accused of sending a bounce check it took over 4 months to resolve this issue . In which again, Monica didnt respond. I ended up annoying Finances at their HQ to get this problem handled. I sent multiple emails until they finally responded. In my opinion this couldve been taken care of within 2- 4 weeks, but my bank and their bank wouldnt comminucate without the management participating which makes complete sense. Well this took almost 4 months to get resolved. A lot of misscommunication and poor management. You might say why did we stay for so long... well we thought it would get better, but it didnt in which we finally left after they raised the rent the third time. Inside of the house is great. Renovated kitchen, clean carpets, water heater always hot, great neighbors and thick walls. Rarely any disturbance expect for the normal yeling fights main point If you dont care about customer service this is the place for you other wise save your self money and headaches
