We are also offering mobile check-in for scheduled appointments from your vehicle at select Scripps locations. We'll alert you when it's time to enter for your visit. Telehealth options are also available so you can receive expert care for minor health concerns from the comfort of home. Scripps HealthExpress in Eastlake provides care for minor illnesses and injuries, as well as select vaccinations. Designed to care for those 5 and older. Scripps HealthExpress accepts most health insurance plans, and your visit is billed as a primary care office visit (excluding physicals). If you are paying out-of-pocket or making a co-pay, we accept credit cards, cash and checks. HealthExpress is located at Scripps Coastal Medical Center Eastlake on the second floor in family medicine. There is a dedicated check-in area staffed by a patient service representative.
