I have been a patient of South Bay Physical Medicine for Sciatica pain and problems and now recently for Rotator Cuff rehab. I cannot say enough about ALL THE STAFF at the Chula Vista Center, They are by far the very best. I am a retired nurse so I am familiar with some of the care given. I will go nowhere else when I need this type of treatment. They saved my back with the Sciatica problem and I have not had to go back in two years for that. So when I had to have rehab for my shoulder I said I want to go to my Physical Therapy center and my Dr. said fine. I am beyond where I should be at this point of recovery and I give the credit to the FANTASTIC CARE I am being given. I cannot say enough good things about them from front office to office management, to therapists THEY ARE ALL THE VERY BEST. They do everything to accommodate you in any situation and I have recommended them too many people who I have used them and feel the same way I feel.

After throwing my back out in January I went to my Facebook friends for some relief! I was told by a friend that South Bay Physical Medicine is covered 100% by Tricare! I called was seen within a day or so without having to see my primary care manager first. Highlights: Easy to schedule appointments, Free Child care, 1 weekly hour long massage, Chiropractic Adjustments with each visit, Covered by Tricare. Just an FYI, when you begin the program you are asked to be there three days a week for treatment and a fourth for you massage. It is a time commitment, however worth every second you are there. The staff is amazing and really works with each person even when the place is packed.

An amazing facility. Very well organized and always on time. Little or no waiting. Staff are all very friendly and helpful. And very attractive I might add. I am suffering from sciatica and though it is taking quite some time it is gradually getting better. Wish me luck in my ongoing treatment. Front desk - all of the ladies eager and want to please. To many good associates to name them all!

When I first came to South Bay Physical Medicine, my shoulders were up to my ears from stress and incorrect posture. Now, through their wonderful 4 stage process my shoulders are where they need to be, my posture is impeccable, and I have no pain!! I also have new found knowledge to keep this up. Through incredible exercises I can do at home. And a yearlong free adjustment every month!! The staff are extremely nice, knowledgeable, gifted, and accommodating!! I looked forward to each and every visit. And I will miss all of them. It is a great atmosphere, that is clean and crisp.

I have some back and neck issues due to having a delightful 1 year old daughter. I finally went in when my back was absolutely driving me nuts and my one regret is that I didn't go in sooner! It is a well laid out business addressing every need of its patients. Not only do you get adjust but the goal is to achieve balance for the system, not simply treat the here and now. Chiropractic work, rehabilitation exercises, massage, trigger point, electro stimulation, and traction tables are key elements to bring you back into alignment. I can honestly say, every bit is enjoyable. I haven't felt so good in ages. Not only is the process amazing, but from check in to checkout everyone is helpful, personable, and knowledgeable. The atmosphere is upbeat and geared totally towards the client making feeling better fun! They actually explain what they are doing and why it helps you not "because we said so" so you end up leaving with more information than when you started. My doctor in particular was my savior on Monday after I'd spent a weekend laying on an ice pack due to a back injury. He decompressed my spine and I swear I had instant relief. I view it as more of a vacation I get 3x a week (thanks especially to the girls in childcare who are so patient and kind dealing with my little harridan) and I always feel better physically, mentally, and emotionally.

A wonderful community atmosphere. Staff is very playful and warm-hearted. If you’re lucky you will catch a few dancing and even lip-singing to music that plays lightly in background. Also the team seems very competent at what they do. Extremely generous. I am currently unemployed and they have offered me one gift after another. It started out with a free massage, then free birthday back adjustment and trigger point massage (when I came in for that they then offered free x-rays and some electrical stimulation) last time I was there I was so moved I actually started to tear up. They just have welcomed me in so whole-heartedly even though I am not contributing financially to their business. A deep thanks to the whole staff.

I visited South Bay Physical Medicine today. The office employees were very friendly; the place was very nice and clean, and my one hour massage relieved all my back pain. I also met with a doctor who advised me on my future treatments. I would strongly recommend this place to everyone including my family and friends. Thank you for the great experience!
