She went on to receive her Juris Doctor at the University of Denver, College of Law in 2004 and was a member of the ABA Student Law Division and Latino Law Student Association.Ms. Talamantes was admitted to the New Mexico State Bar in April 2006, and the 5th and 10th Circuit Court of Appeals in August 2007. She is an experienced Manager of a Law Firm and has been exclusively practicing immigration and nationality law since her inception of becoming an attorney.
