I called Titan Insurance in Chula Vista the Receptionist was very nice but unable to get me a quote....

So she asked me for my call back info. And she said that their 1 and only agent will call me back, I never heard from them!

I called back the next day told her I was calling back and she apologized for their only agent not calling me back so I gave her my call back info once more and again a whole day went by and NEVER RECEIVED A CALL BACK :(



I'M VERY DISSAPOINTED

Never has a business that I have called.... Has ever Failed to return a phone call to a potential customer!!!!



I called 21st Century and was helped out right away and got a great deal....!!!!!!
