Worst complex I've ever lived at. They boast assigned parking but they don't add you have to pay for a parking spot. Within two weeks of moving in our car was stolen from the apartment parking lot. It was destroyed and them we had to pay for new parking sticker since they took them off our car. Several neighbors then told us there car was broken into stolen or their apartment was broken into. Within a few more weeks we received three notices of someone exposeing themselves at the dumpsters, and then a few days after those notices we received notices of peeping toms. Not at all what you would expect at the outrages rates, because they are the most expensive complex in the area. Most recently all of the vehicles in the complex were tagged with 666 wich only furthered our desire to move as quickly as possible. The water is forever being shut off without notices, and every night we have to park on the street and walk with our two children from the ymca on the corner to our apartment wich is the furthest building from the y because of the lack of available free parking. And had we even considered renewing the rate jumps a whopping 250 dollars a month to renew for 6 months an increase of witch I have never seen the likes of. Every work order we and our friends have put in takes one to two weeks to be completed. They also boast a heated pool wich everyday for a year had been freezing cold, we changed our gym key 3 times in one year and have yet to get one that works, so a 24 gym goes us no good if the key never works. Then the few times some one was able to let me I'm none of the equipment worked. So if you want to pay outrages rates for broken promises a complete lack of customer service and a complex full of sexual predators excessive crime and a lack of properly functioning amenities them this is the place for you!
