I spoke with Angel the owner/manager on March 5, 2012 to find out when I could stop by to pick up the tux for my son & me. He informed me that I could come anytime on Wednesday March 7, 2012. I said that I would be in on in on Wednesday after 2:00pm, Angel said fine see you then. I arrived at agreed upon time and tried on my tux. The young lady helping me said ok here you go sir, I stated that I needed the tux for my son also. I was told that the tux was not there and that UPS had not delivered. I stated to her that I spoke with Angel and that he said that everything would be ready. A man sat near and listened to the entire conversation, I did not know that the man was Angel. He did not offer an apology. I informed the young lady that her telling me about UPS not delivering is not my issue and that I was told that I could get what I had paid for. Once I arrived home without either tux I called the store and a woman assured me that she would call me back concerning my ongoing issue. I did leave the store to not cause a scene. I did NOT get a return call! I had to drive twelve miles twice to this tux shop that did not deliver on its promise and offered me no apology. They also spoke with another customer about the issue that I had there. The customer knows me and called me to tell me that the company was telling people about my not being satisfied with them. They had no respect for my privacy at all.
