Terrible customer service. I am a tenet of a very respectful company and when I had an issue with my AC unit Veronica came out and immediately blamed me for damaging the unit by not replacing filters. She was rude and extremely unprofessional. My ceiling was leaking water and she only took pictures to show the landlord and did not even check to see what the issue was or try to clear the clog in the drain from the unit in defrost mode. She simply told me to keep changing the bucket throughout the night. I paid for another company to service my conditioner after removing the water myself (3 hour process and it continued to keep defrosting the entire time) and come to find out the problem was due to low freon and a clogged drain. There was no issue with the coil or the system itself from the filters. If I had not removed the water there would have been substantial damage to the ceiling but instead half of a piece of drywall will be needed. Don't waste your money go to Facemyer!
