Gemstar contractors Inc installed my ac unit in 2013. And since then the unit has been flooding my home. I had to seal the gaps she left on the inside unit. Bury the wires and copper line myself because she did not cover plus the wires are not secures. She left a gaping hole in my concrete Wall I had to fill in myself. The old wires and pipes are still in my closet because she neglected to remove them. I had to pull the permit myself because said it would cost too much for her. When the unit failed inspection because she had the wrong wattage for the breaker, I supplied her with the one I had and was never paid. My house flooded days after the installation because the drain pipe was sitting up too high, I had to use a metal strap to hold it down. She has yet to fix it herself. The drain pipe is less than half inch long, so the water draining from the pipe runs along the concrete, causing it to erode. The air handler is level with the drainpipe, so the water drians into my house. She has been to my house to look at the situation on one occasion and rejects my calls. The tiles and sheetrock in my bedroom closet now has to be replaced. Plus she wants to charge me a service fee of $90 to come outand see what is going on
