Slow service. Outrageous price for ER service. No call back on estimates/service calls. Loyal customer since 2013. Do not use.

Worst heat pump ever. They installed it, had to call them in a couple days. Next The A coil went bad, while working on it they messed up the king coil, called them they had to order another, problems for the last three times always with king coil each time freeon, leak on suction side of king coil. Paid last bill and told them I would find another to service unit since their maintenance was so bad. No response from the office nor the owner guess he fiured he had cleaned me out enough.

I don't understand the bad reviews on here. Chad is the most honest person that anyone could deal with. I agree with the recent review that stated customer service is their main priority. They installed my heat pump quickly and efficiently and the price was very good. Their work was also very neat. I would recommend them highly!!!

We have used custom heating and air since our hvac was installed in our new home in 2010. Although another company installed the system originaly, we knew they were not the best choice to maintain the system. We chose CHAA to service our AC because they were local, and were impressed by the way they fixed our problems without dissing the original bunch. They have always been prompt in coming out, completely honest in what was wrong, and sympathetic to our predicament. I honestly believe this company would rather build it's reputation on customer service rather than to get rich quick by other --than-honest practices, The reason I'm writing this is because only the dissatisfied post comments, and that is not fair to companies trying to provide a fair service for a fair price. If you have any doubts, just give them a chance- you'll find out for yourself. I'm completely convinced the best value for my money is with Chad's boys at Custom Heating and Air in Church Hill TN. Disappointed with this company I would not recommend using them to anyone I know. Spent too much money to have my heat pump fixed. The technincian said it was running fine three days later my heat pump quit working again. I could not get this company to come back out without charging me another fee. I had to eventually call another company who fixed what they said was a small leak in the coil.

This company said they would be here today, and we waited all day. Several times today we tried to call, and no one answered. I finally got someone to answer at 2:00. I wouldn't have minded the delay if I had known this morning. Now they are saying it will be tomorrow. I will leave another review to let you know how it goes...

Can not get any satifaction,numerous complaints with unit,numerous calls with numerous promises (not followed thru),very disappointed with company and unit.
