Provided by YPmobileWorst experience ever!!!
Scott ripped us off. Plain and simple. First, he never answers his phone. There isn't even a shop phone, it's his cell phone. You can't even talk to anyone else. He rarely returns calls, he avoids calls! He rebuilt an engine for us, only to have it blow up again in less than six weeks. When I contacted him about the new engine blowing up, he immediately decided it wasn't a problem with his work of rebuilding the engine, it was the fault of the driver. He told me this all over the phone without even looking at the truck. Needless to say, once he did look at the truck, he refused to stand behind his work and fix the problem, instead he told me it would take an additional $5000 to fix it! After already giving him $9000 to rebuild the engine, I felt this was a slap in the face. When we told him we would not pay to fix it, he didn't even out it back together correctly. He threw parts in the bed of truck. He didn't even put the batteries back in, they were in the bed of the truck when the wrecker showed up to tow the truck. I am disgusted with Scott and his treatment of us. We work hard for our money and are now stuck with not only the loan for the truck, but also the loan we had to take out for the rebuilding of the engine that blew up in less than six weeks. We are paying for a truck that we can't even drive. I have no idea how Scott could possible feel good about treating customers this way. He will say it wasn't his fault, but I'm sure a judge may see things differently. I want to spread the word about my experience here, I wouldn't treat anyone this way. RUN, don't walk away from this place. All of our conversation were professional and I never reveled my distaste for his attitude, or lack of customer service, because I was hoping if I remained calm and polite, he would eventually do the right thing, no such luck. He still choose to rip us off. I am sadden to know I trusted Scott. I pray I am his last victim.

Provided by YP.comI've been to All Out Diesel a couple of times with my '06 Duramax LBZ to replace the fan clutch and add a fuel lift pump. A couple of other places in San Antonio left me wondering if they really wanted my business. When I called these guys the first time, Scott went out of his way to get the part delivered from out of town, and installed the next day (which the other shops said would take 1-2 weeks). He takes care of his customers. His cost is also less than other shops in town, but the quality of work is still great. The shop isn't fancy and decked-out like some of the other shops in town... but that doesn't matter to me as long as the job gets done right at a price I can afford.
