This place used to be alright, but has gone super downhill. It's gross, staff is rude, animals live in filth, many reptiles do not have proper space/water available. The cobwebs in the tortoise tank that someone else posted a month ago? No joke, and still there. Clearly they don't care enough to even look at feedback. Was going to buy an entire setup for sugar gliders from here but decided to shop online after my most recent visit. Can't wait for someone else to open an exotic pet store nearby who can actually maintain a place.

I don't know why this pet store has a following. It reeks! Animals are not taken care of up to my standards. They are very unprofessional especially on social media. Definitely not friendly either. I am an animal lover and enjoy looking around but, can't pull myself to do so here. It has really turned around since they moved and it's sad. Prices on supplies probably doubled. I got 2 ACFs there only because they were the only place around. Glad I did my research because employee was clueless about them. Really wish I could like this store but, I am appauled.

Rude employees, dirty store and animals not being cared for properly. I'm all about shopping local but gave to make an exception on this one until I find a local pet shop I like here.

Although they are extremely busy and short staffed SOMETIMES, they get every creature taken care of. Answers all my questions. It's the humans that need to be more patient and realize that ;) Thank you all for your amazing customer assistance!

Great pet store. The people who work there are every helpful and well educated on the Animals. The Animals seemed to be well taken care of. I would go back again!!

acks exotic pets is the most best place to by a pet when u get them they are so healthy and if u have a question they will answer it is also the best place to by your mice and pet food for the pets that u get from there. i got a baby creamsicle corn snake from there i traded her in for a jumy one i had because i got the other one already big and every time i had a question about her he would they answer it and if u dont know the gender of your pet they will tell u i know this stuff because i had so many questions about her and i get my mice there for her and i had to get her gender checked and they told me she was a female acks exotic pets is the most best exotic pet shop i give this a five star pet store

Excellent store. I am currently in the process of buying a blue&gold macaw from there. They have it as a baby and are hand raising it for me. I drive over an hour weekly to see the bird and the owner is always willing to take time when I get there to get the bird out of the cage and explain what is currently going on as far as growth and the feeding proceedures. Would recommend to anyone who is looking to purchase a pet.

I started going to Acks when they first opened their doors. The owners are very nice people. You can tell they are in the business because they love to work with animals not just for a quick buck. The store is very clean and prices are good. I can't wait to see the location expand.

This is the best pet store in the area. They have cheap supplies and they have alot of different types of animals that you cant see at normal pet stores. Nice just to go in a look sometimes kinda liek a free zoo... lol. Also its very clean.
