I offer resources and articles to help YOU make informed decisions. During labor. I provide NON medical pain relief which is tailored to your OWN personal likes and needs. And MAY include massage. Position suggestions. And/or rebozo. MY services include 1 2 prenatal appointments where we discuss ANY questions or concerns. AS well AS your birth wishes; on call from contract signing; text. Email and phone support; back UP doula; continuous labor support. Beginning in your home and traveling to your birth place; MY presence for 1 2 hours after birth; and 1 postpartum appointment to reflect on your birth.
