Terrible service! I got a shellac manicure and she painted all the way up onto my cuticle. When I went back on the morning of day 3 I was shouted at that it had been longer than the 2 day fix it policy and they would not redo my nails. I asked for the owners phone number and they said "I'm not giving you that information!"

So I said "Okay, I guess I will just start stopping by and try to connect with him in person..." and the girl said "I'm going to write down your license plate and call the police right now!" At this point another employee came over and offered to redo my nails because they were clearly done terribly - which I accepted. But the whole time the two women were loudly and awkwardly still discussing the situation in their native language. It was incredibly uncomfortable and I will never recommend anyone go back there again!!!

Terrible experience all round. Complained about the poor infill and shellac, they refused to do anything about it, so I said I shouldn't have to pay in full, so she called the police. Will never return. Have to say the policeman was lovely and suggested review sites.

Very dissatisfied with my last service. I went in for a pedicure and polish change . The pedicure was an absolute joke! Skin was still left on my cuticles which did not give a clean look . When clients started to come in, I was asked to COME back in two hours for my polish change. Seems like the goal at this salon is to give a pedicure in 20 minutes.... Very dissatisfied !

I went to get a fill-in on my acrylics from this “spa”. The woman who did my nails did not speak one word of english, she was rough with my nails and did a HORRIBLE job. The acrylic was all over my fingers, including my cuticles and sides of my nails, and none of my nails were the same, length, thickness or shape. I had to leave to go to work, but I planned to come back to have them fix it, throughout the day I had to put antibiotic ointment and bandages on 6 of my fingers because they hurt so back where she put acrylic/filed my cuticles! I have had acrylic many times and I know what it should look like. When I returned and explained the problem, these women were trying to tell me that they looked fine. I eventually argued with them enough that said she would fix them (with an extremely nasty attitude). The woman who first did them sat me down and proceeded to pile more and more acrylic on my nails, NOT taking any off my cuticle or filing them, like I asked. After she finished, she pulled out a nail file and jammed it against the side of my nail and proceeded to file my nail so forcefully she sliced my finger so bad there was blood dripping off of my finger!! By the time she cut my skin with a file on a third finger (on the same hand) I was in so much pain and so angry I asked her to please just stop. She yelled at me that I was moving and that is why she cut me (again, I have had acrylics enough times to know to be still, ALSO I am 20 years old, and not a toddler). The whole time, the other woman is just watching from the front desk, so I went back up to the desk and asked if I could please just have a refund, because I was not happy with my service. She didn’t even look up from her magazine to tell me “no refund”. I can only be thankful it was just my nails and I didn’t trust them with another service, such as waxing. THIS IS NOT A PROFESSIONAL SALON. They should be shut down, they are not kind to their customers, in fact, they don’t even care. The service is HORRIBLE, the place is DIRTY and the women are RUDE.

DO NOT GO TO BLISS NAIL SPA!
