Provided by YP.comGreat gym whether you are a beginner or advanced. The owner (Arjuna) always makes you feel right at home. I recently started crossfit after seeing it on tv. Arjuna and his staff welcomed me into the crossfit family and has really helped me as a beginner. I'd recommend this gym to anyone whether you are just wanting to get in shape or if you want to compete. These guys know their stuff!!!
