I had a really bad experience with this Car Max and unfortunately it has continued to carry over. I had purchased from a different Car Max before & had such a good experience I figured I would again. I was wrong. My salesman didn't want to listen to me when I told him I wanted certain options, ie 4WD. He kept insisting AWD would do. I am from WV and know to get to my parents house I have to have 4WD. So, he then started telling me the difference & I had to interrupt him & tell him that I knew what the difference was & needed a 4WD. At this point extremely frustrated, oh, this was while test driving a vehicle, so I was ready to be done with him. He the said, "so for my education, why do you need a 4WD"? REALLY?!!? At that point I had enough, told him that if you couldn't listen to me & my wishes I wanted a different salesman, he then started back tracking. I thought it was what the customer wanter, guess he was just looking for a sale.
