Will never use Carpet One again. Our carpet had to be replaced due to an aquarium breaking. The carpet that was replaced had been in the house for nearly 10 years.

The carpet installed started showing signs of extreme wear and breakdown within the first year. After repeated calls into the second year, they replaced the carpet again. It was discovered upon removal that the padding had broken down causing the majority if the problem.

It's been roughly 4 months and the same problem has already returned. We noticed it starting into the second month and looks horrible already. Between the unprofessional installers (who broke several wine glasses & dropped a full roll of carpet from shoulder height near my 150 gallon aquarium) and the low quality product, I would think twice and definitely shop around when looking for carpet.

Our original carpet was from JP Flooring and we selected it while building our house. It was not builders grade but not the most expensive either. It never showed any signs of breaking down and in fact we still have that carpet in the bedrooms today.

Not sure why this is such a problem with their products but most likely being made in China or of low quality materials.

Do your research.
