Do NOT purchase their insurance that is offered. We booked a vacation and made our deposit and a few other payments.We canceled 6 months prior to our travel date, only to find out that we will receive NOTHING back. We could rebook or get a voucher that was much less than the monies we had paid. However, we were told when purchasing the insurance that we could cancel up to the day of travel and receive a full refund. I would definitely not recommend using Casino World Travel unless you want to give your money away if something occurs that you can't travel. They kept saying we misunderstood the explanation of the insurance. We are frequent travelers - I can assure the word voucher was never mentioned - if so we would have opted out of the insurance. A simple google search will reveal several complaints of this same magnitude. I don't think that many people "misunderstand" their insurance, I think it is more of a case of a company misleading their customers.
