Had a difficult request of dismantling a 14 foot tall wooden chimney on a very steep roof. The company did a fantastic job in finding a way to do so, and safely. Workers were highly efficient and finished the project in a single day. Would highly recommend.

We had a new roof, new gutters and new downspouts installed by Devore Roofing and they did a great job. Workmanship was excellent, workers were professional, and they always cleaned up before leaving. They returned to fix a few things we wanted changed and they did this very quickly and wanted to make sure we were satisfied before they left.

There are probably lots of roofing companies out there who could come to your house, install a new roof for a reasonable price, do a fine job, and be gone. But I’ve always thought that how people (or companies) behave when things go wrong will tell you a lot more about them than when things go as planned. The ability to handle adversity is what separates the bad / good / great.

To make a long story short, we definitely had some adversity on this job - in fact two separate BIG things went wrong. But I must emphasize, the problems were NOT caused by DeVore Roofing, in ANY WAY. Just one of those situations where one weird thing goes wrong and that results in another thing going wrong… kind of a cascade effect. But Dan DeVore came out of this situation like a shining star. He took full responsibility (even though the first event was more of an “act of God” type thing) and we worked together to handle the two separate issues. Never once did I have to arm-twist him to help or do the right thing. He absolutely went above and beyond to help us get these two situations resolved. His crew was also super easy to work with. (Much thanks to Jimmy and Eric.) After the second fiasco happened (caused by someone else, grrr… not DeVore) they could easily have walked off the job and not come back, and been totally justified in doing so. But they came back, finished the job, and the roof looks great and we are VERY happy with the outcome of everything.

They installed a new roof, gutters, downspouts and gutter covers. The service people were over the top in being helpful. Everything looks great.

We recently had Devore Roofing replace our roof. We got several quotes, but we went with Devore because of their warranty and the fact that they would install ridge vents instead of box vents. Our experience with Devore was outstanding. They were great in their communication, execution, and clean up. We're so happy with our new roof! Their crew was on time and worked hard all day! It only took them about 1.5 days to complete the project!

I had a new roof put on. They installed new gutter guards and cleaned and sealed my chimney. All the staff was real nice and friendly. Cleaned everything up when job was finished. My roof looks good! I was well pleased with their work.

Devore roofing provided a Quick response when we called them to take a look at the damage to our roof.

Devore Roofing recently completed putting a new roof on my home in West Chester, OH. I am delighted with the results (looks like a new home!) and the experience was positive. Not only did they do a good job with the roofing but they also called my attention to other areas (rotten wood around gutter and soffit and wood on roof deck that was not up to current code).

I am grateful to know that this is now in good shape and I no longer have to worry about it.

We used DeVore Roofing to replace two skylights that leaked and started to rot out. Dan was quick to come out to provide an estimate and their price was better than the other companies we got estimates from. Dan was prompt to return phone calls and his team worked around our time frame to best accommodate two kids under 3 years old nap schedules plus weather delays. The crew who installed the skylights was very polite and cleaned up nicely after the work was complete. Overall, we were very happy with the price and work by DeVore Roofing and will call them again for any roofing needs.

DeVore Roofing arranged removal of old asbestos roof, then put on new and beautiful roof. Showed up on time. Many people worked very hard and late to get roof completed before rain. Were very polite to me, and did a fantastic job, finishing on time.

Dan and his team at DeVore Roofing just completed a new roof and gutters at our house and we're thrilled with both quality and responsiveness. Not only does our roof look great but it was obvious that they took pains to do things well. For example, I asked them to put matching shingles on my little garden shed. They didn't like how the angle of the roof caused a few of the shingles to bend so they found matching metal and built a metal guard so that I would not have exposed nails or creased shingles. The screws they used to install the metal were silver and that bothered them so they came back and painted them to match. I hadn't even noticed.

Finally, cleanup and supervision were great.

You cannot go wrong choosing Devore Roofing! The quality of professional workmanship that this company provided is hard to find. I came home to see a sign in the yard and looked up at the house and seen the new gutters. I am beyond Thankful for choosing Devore Roofing to work on our home. Thank you so much, Stephanie Black

We used Devore Roofing to replace our entire roof at our old house and they did an amazing job! We called them back to repair the roof of our new house and I found out that they fixed things that they noticed were wrong for free. They replaced several shingles that were not set correctly, re-hung a gutter, and tightened the chimney flashing. They did not charge me extra and they went over and above.

Saw these guys when they were doing a neighbors house. A roof is a roof, I guess, but they seemed really professional, so I asked for a quote and they came in really competitively. Crossing my fingers, but very happy with their work so far!

Had some issues with my slate roof and DeVore came out within just a few days and made it look as good as new. They also did a thorough inspection of some other tiles and helped secure some loose ones while they were up there. Seems like a good company!

DeVore Roofing has been servicing my gutters for a few years now. The last time they were out, they not only got the gunk out, but dismantled my entire downspout and augered it out. I wouldn't have known a difference, but they went above and beyond.

The crew that worked on my roof was excellent. The guy who runs the company is an unprofessional, greedy jerk who tries to add charges during and after the project. If I had to do it again, I would choose another roofer. Watch out for this guy, he'll try to scam you!
