These apartments look wonderful but the male named Eric that shows these apartments is very crude and rude. We were looking for an apartment, myself and my two little girls. Something awful happened in my old home and I am a single mother without child support and an 1100 mortgage. When my daughter said our home was dirty, he said that worried him so I explained to him why my family and I tell her the house is dirty to us now. Even after explaining he was rude. He began stating we don't have bugs and don't want them in a nasty voice, so I offered him to see my home was clean, he refused. Then he went on to tell me if my kids made any noise what so ever that he would evict us and he said proudly he has evicted people for less. This sounds like discrimination against children to me in my opinion. Children should have manners but sometimes they get excited and run about. Does he expect them to not be creative? To sit still and not make a peep? This is ridiculous. I have called two times now to get his supervisors or apt owners number because the day I was there an ederly man was trying to explain to him something that was wrong in the apt and Eric told him "Can't you just wait and leave it on the voicemail?," very nastily at the man. I am not saying Eric is not good at flipping the apts but he has a very poor and rude attitude and someone needs to know that owns the apts how he talks to people and after I advised him that he didn't need to speak to me so rudely and in front of my children like I am a bad person, which he scared the way he talked, he didn't even offer me an application.I explained to him there is a way to speak with people to get his point across then he also told me if he don't have the money by the 5th he is filing eviction papers and instead of saying you will have debt collectors to collect what you owe, he stated that I would have "hunters" after me? Really you say that to your clients prospects? I understand he may have dealt with some scum but I am not. I really need to reach the owner if someone knows them or if it is Eric let me know please.
