I live in Dayton Ohio and drive all the way down to Diana's along with many other dancers. Here is why we travel far:

1) The one good store here in Dayton does not have the selection, the owner is to forceful with her opinions and you often leave with the wrong fitting pointe shoes or feeling stressed!

2) The selection at Diana's is out of this world! Great prices, great sales and friendly stafff (yes when it's a crazy Saturday it gets a little chaotic, therefore, I go at different times.)

3) Unlike most dance stores, Diana's maintains a history of past purchases. I can call and ask for canvas ballet shoes or Freed Pointe Shoes and they will send them to me! Yes, personal service and items sent!!!

4) They listen to your needs and fit and help accordingly. Many times they will offer to order it in for you too, not just say we are out of stock.

5) The DISCOUNT!!! Pointe Shoe parents and students - you pay $20 and receive 20% off all year!!! You have to ask for it, but once you are signed up, it automatically comes off your order of regular prices items.

So, why do I come all the way to Cincinnati for Diana's - quality, prices, selection, discount and staff. I want them to open one up here!!! :)

When me and my son arrived yesterday we didn't have a clue what we was looking for because we new to the ballet stuff. There was a nice gentleman who took care of everything and was so polite! If you looking for dance wear this is the place to go nothing but friendly smiles there ����

Horrible service....I was in line for 25 minutes waiting to purchase a pair of ballet shoes and never made it to the checkout. When I complained to the owner, she glared at me. No apology from her whatsoever. Completely inexcusable! Needless to say, I left! This was my second visit to this store and it was a repeat of my first experience. I should have known better! They need to invest in an additional computer for check out as well as adjust their attitudes. I would highly recommend ordering online...anywhere but at Diana's Dance & Fitness Wear. For those of you who know me, it's got to be pretty unacceptable for me to complain!!!

Unfriendly staff. Poor pointe shoe fitting. When I returned the shoes because of improper fitting, I was berated in front of other customers. Never plan to shop at this store again.

Wow! I will never go to another dancewear store after going to Diana's!! Having moved here from out of state, I didn't know where to go to buy leotards, etc., so I tried some other stores, but I didn't find the selection I wanted. I asked around, and everyone seemed to indicate that Diana's was THE place to go, and I quickly found out why it's the best. I order very specific pointe shoes, and I think Diana's has the widest variety and stock around. I had nothing but very helpful and friendly service. The store is a treat to explore- so many cool things relating to dance. I highly recommend this store and its experienced staff to everyone.

Diana and her team are very helpful and accommodating with special orders and will do whatever it takes to keep you a satisfied customer. Their inventory is exceptional, and it seems to be growing all the time. The young ladies who work there and are dancers are very knowledgeable about everything dance. I've been going there for years to buy all my daughters' stuff, and it's been neat to see the store take off in different directions and include skating and gymnastics attire. Even though dance shoes and clothes can be expensive, they always have sales, which helps a lot. I'm glad Diana's location is so convenient, and I hope it stays around for many more years!

it doesn't matter what the product a vendor has.....if the customer service is bad, it affects everything. The 2 older women are rude, never have time to talk to you on the phone, cut you off mid sentence and are not helpful at all when there is a problem. They make you feel as if you are a burden and they are doing you a service by allowing you to shop with them. I would rather drive to the dance bag or Loschins despite Diana's being closer. This is not the first time I have gotten frustrated with them........but it will be the last for myself and my dance teams.

I LOVE Diana's Dance & Fitness Wear!!! I won't shop another dance store now that I have been there!! They really know how to treat their customers allowing me to feel 100% satisfied with their service and the products available! I had such a pleasurable experience, they were more than helpful!I have always shopped at other dance stores with my four year old daughter for her dance wear but I am now dancing in a class and it was the first time I shopped for myself so I was a bit lost on what I needed and they guided me through everything with ease! They even entertained my four year old with a basket of toys they keep in their store while I tried on my leotards!!! I couldn't have expected better service and friendliness, helpfulness and guidance! I can't wait to go back to Diana's and get some needed dance wear for myself and my daughter! Their selection was great too! A nice store with much to choose from, many sizes and styles and a comfy fitting area! Thanks to Diana's employees! LMS
