Left a leather jacket for replacement of a broken zipper. The counter looked up on a sheet of paper and quoted $40.00 for replacement of of said zipper. It would be picked up on Friday Dec 5,2014 and would be ready by Friday Dec 12,2017 The owner (Rod Griffin) called me Friday Dec 12 stating the jacket was ready and the cost is $55.50. I called him Saturday explaining the circumstance. Mr. Griffin was extremely rude and stated if I didn't like the price I didn't have to do business with him. I immediately went to his establishment to pick up my jacket and he did not offer any consideration on the cost. I would not recommend anyone to due business with him, and of course he is not listed with the Cincinnati BBB.
