Dr. Hein is an admirable physician with a heart bigger than his sense of humor, and it shows in his personal rapport. He is one to soothe worries and fears; giving more than just the medical side of his expertise. I could not give higher praise for this physician; who really is a caring ally in any circumstance. It's a shame only to have 5 stars to rate him; he is sooo many more!
