There Driver when delivering topsoil knocked down a tree and They refused to do anything about it.
We Have (through our Landscaper) spent over $14000.00 in materials from this Shady organization.
Look up on Google- Evans Landscaping legal trouble...
Before you trust any business dealings with Doug and his Business!

I have pictures of the tree that His "Friend"
Jay ( Madison Tree Company) stated that there was "nothing wrong with the tree"
Apparently "according to Jay" they do favors for each other"

When my wife sent him pictures of the tree he told her The tree was dead, couldn't be saved.
Then when he came on site he was insulting to my Wife.
Tried to sell her on his company removing the tree and selling her a replacement.
When my wife told him no thanks, he immediately stated that there really wasn't anything wrong with our tree and that's what he was going to report to Doug.
Doug is the owner of Evans Landscaping. The next day Doug informed my wife that he was not going to allow her to fleece his company.

They came to deliver sand for our pool and ran over our portable basketball the driver actually got out of his truck and moved it then God only knows why proceed to run over it,there was no reason to even move it we live on an acre wide open, they have run me around to get estimates and now they say there not replacing it,small claims,if people don't start standing up and taking that company to court they will continue to treat people like crap.

Spent $9k on a wall last year that's already falling because they never put in a footer. They won't fix it. Go with the higher bid, don't choose Evans

Evans doesnt care!

I recently ordered an 8 yard truck load of gravel for my 100 ft. Driveway. I told the order taker lady over the phone that i wanted it tailgated (evenly poured) from end to end of my drive. She said the driver can do that and there would be an additional $10 fee. I agreed.

When the driver arrived to my house with the load, i again went over with him how i wanted the gravel tailgated the 100 ft. Length of my drive. He understood, got back in his truck and proceeded. What happened next is he dumped the entire 16 tons of gravel in a 35 ft. Strip, 2 feet deep.

He got out and immediately said "i thought it would go further than that" and "this is only my second time tailgating gravel".

So i called up Evans to complain (twice) and explain the problem. I was told the most they can do is refund the $10 tailgating fee. Then he tells me i didnt ask for the gravel to be tailgated because its not on my ticket! Then i told him i definitely did ask for it both with the order taker and the driver. Then he tells me he will talk to the order taker and call me back which i never got a call back.

Beware of this company. They want your business and your money but when you have a complaint they leave you high and dry!

Evans Landscaping Mulch is the worst mulch ever! Not only did I find shards of glass and ripped up black plastic bags throughout, but a couple of weeks after putting it down, all of my beds were absolutely covered in weeds! When you complain, they pretty much ignore you. The estimate was way off, too - they jack up the delivery fee. Do not buy from this company! Buyer beware...

I probably should have read reviews first. I have been waiting for a call from someone named ken for 3 days. I called to find out why my order wasn't put back to 4 yards in stead of six as I had called and told them to do. He pretty much called me a liar and said he would do some checking. Well in the meantime I did some checking to. Seems the same driver last year did the same to my neighbor. He had ordered 4 yards and they dumped 6 yds in his driveway. Never again. I always tried to support locals but next time I will just buy bags at lowes . Never again at Evans. If I could give a half star I would

I'm very frustrated with the s...

I'm very frustrated with the service provided by Evans. Earlier this week I ordered topsoil for a morning delivery. I took the afternoon off in order to complete the job so that I can have a weekend free of work. First, they dropped the topsoil off at the wrong house (not even close to my house number). Next, each time I called, I was placed on hold and eventually they just hung up on me (I made three calls). When I called back to ask for a discount or some way to make up for the hours I've been waiting, they provided a very angry NO (I took the afternoon off from work and recruited friends to help). I want to point out that I've spent ~$600 this week on product...so its not like I'm a small fish. I would recommend purchasing your soil and gravel from an alternative location.

Worst expierence I've ever had...

Worst expierence I've ever had, and I've been in this business for over 5 years. Unprofessional, inconsistant, late delivery, wrong product, poor customer service, and to top it all off. I was over charged, and called a liar. Asked if I spoke english, and if I had trouble with the english language. Uhhh....b!t(h.....I was born american, and I'll die an american. Speak english just fine. Maybe if Annette got that co(k out of her ear she could hear better. Just saying. I'd find my product from somewhere else. I'd hate to say.......I told you so.
