Since Lew and Tawn Fichter have been Moms Lawyer and Guardian it has been a nightmare and continues to get worse. Before they took over mom lived in her home since 1958 I was able to take mom out almost every day shopping to restaurants family outings to now having only certain hours and not being able to take her out of the nursing home they put her in without supervision. They have virtually ignored every suggestion I offered and even put her in a psychiatric ward, Took her from her home and in a nursing home with extra supervision that even the aids hired say is driving her crazy. They pay people with moms money who sit and watch mom fake sleep and mom will be angry for hours. The Devil would be a better choice in my Opinion. To get rid of them and save mothers sanity I am going to have to hire a Lawyer and they will take moms money to fight to stay in charge.
