Stay far away from this bank especially if you are going to use them to finance a home loan! I sold a condominium to a person and they messed up the title work and actually transferred the unit next door instead of the actual one I was selling. They hired a title company and an appraiser that are equally unprofessional and nowhere in their due diligence did they find the error until I had a commercial loan and the title search revealed the error.

They didn’t take any responsibility for the error but did correct the loan for their customer. After they corrected the error they refuse to pay the last few hundred dollars to complete the recording of the title and attorney fees that they had incorrectly transferred in the first place.

It’s sad when a bank will hide behind their mistakes and then nickel and dime you to correct their incompetency.
