Fitworks advertises low prices. Don't believe it, you're better pretty much going anywhere else. They'll make you sign a year contract that cost like $80 to get out of. I also signed up for personal training, The manager there David told me all the things they would do for me and then asked if I wanted to sign up; I got the lowest package (1 training a week for 30 minutes), figured it be like $20 per visit for such a short period of time; Nope, It was like $156 a month. Decided I was paying to much for this membership so I paid the $80 fee to cancel my membership. Five days later they charge me $156; I called and they said that I needed to cancel my personal trainer membership too (no one told me that...) The blame is my own for not being thorough enough during signing up and cancelling my membership, but if Fitworks had good customer service they would have stopped me from buying something I did not want; and when I realized it was not what I wanted they should have tried harder to help me resolve me issue. They're just in it for the money, don't be fooled by their "we can help you" mentality.

The whole staff is outstanding, Alice, David,Brandon,Pat. don't have to name them all.

The staff always ready to help with info about work outs, classes just about anything that has to with Fitworks.Keep up the good work.
