My wife and I were looking to furnish our new house, shopped around, and the experience we had with Austin at Colerain Furniture Fair was great, he knew a ton about furniture and what was a good buy, we were very happy with the price and quality of furniture we bought.. Having a lot of trouble. First after 5 wks. of not getting a phone call regarding the furniture that was out of stock, I called and was told that it had been there 3 wks. Then I went up and paid the balance, and scheduled a delivery for that Saturday, and was supposed to get a phone call with a time frame. Never received the call. Finally I called the store, and was told that there had been a computer glitch. I told them that I had removed the old furniture out already, and expected the delivery to happen anyway. They said that they would deliver with a 1 hr call ahead. I am very skeptical now, so I will see what happens.

I love shopping at Furniture Fair on Colerain Ave. Everyone is so friendly, helpful and patient. I have worked with two people Karen and Paul. Both are great. I was just about to give up on finding the living room pieces I wanted and Karen showed me one more group and that was the one, my furniture. I am pleased I decided to shop at Furniture Fair.
