They have gotten worse since they have moved into their new building in West Chester.

I had went to fill my last refill on a prescription through Kroger, Kroger called Group Health (Ronald Smith, Dr.) for unknown reason (maybe because it was Ativan) but Group Health said they were not filling it that I had to come in for an office visit to see Dr. Smith if I wanted to get it filled. Their reasoning was because my Doctor, Judy Lawson at Group Health retired and she is not there anymore and I needed to come in today. I told the nasty nurse that I didn't have time to come in TODAY and it's not my fault Judy Lawson retired and that I am owed that one last refill without having to come in. This place is trying to pay for that new building by denying people their med refills and making them come in to pay a doctor's visit so they can bill our insurance companies and suck the co-pays out of us.

I am very upset over this, my whole family sees these doctors. I will be researching for a new practice for my family.

Group Health will not see another dime from me!

If I could describe this place in one word it would be "incompetent". Everyone on their staff is too incompetent to do the job they were hired to do. You will receive bills you shouldn't, and you will be lied to. They will never bill your insurance (they want to make you take that extra step). The WORST doctor's office I've ever been to. Save yourself the hassle, find someplace decent!
